Event Description
Come crush some trails with Bicycle Warehouse! This intermediate level ride will meet at the Penasquitos Creek Park and ride out into some of the fun tucked away trails within Penasquitos Canyon. This will be a great ride if you're new to the area, unfamiliar with how to navigate around PQ, or just down for a fun group ride!
Ride will be lead by Bicycle Warehouse event coordinator and certified mountain bike instructor, Elise. We'll have our BW Carmel Mtn store manager, Thomas, as our sweep!
ABOUT THE RIDE:
- ARRIVE by 8:00am or an appropriate time for you to be pumped up, helmet on, ready to roll!
- Ride starts PROMPTLY at 9:00am
- Skill Level: Intermediate (endurance level high, fair amount of climbing, technical level moderate/strong intermediate)
- Distance: 10-15 miles
- Elevation gain: around 1,000ft
- Time: around 2 hours

- Helmet
- Recently serviced mountain bike in great working condition
- Flat repair supplies and a spare tube
- Water & ride snacks
