8 AM START. The TIKI BEACH 5K & 10K is a Polynesian themed event that starts your day ON THE BEACH. Be a part of the BEST BEACH PARTY ever. Using the beauty of BOLSA CHICA STATE BEACH, course runs on paved running path. RFID Professional Chip timing and age division awards for avid athletes. And recreational and stroller waves for those that just want a fun jog, stroll, or roll. Best themed Costume contest! We do a HULA warm up session you will never forget! Prized CUSTOM CAST MEDAL for every FINISHER. Custom Polynesian event shirts!

Age division awards three deep per 5 year age spans. (1-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-59, 70 - over.

We look forward to a BEACH PARTY with all of you. ENJOY our Polynesian music, tiki lamps, professionally CHIPPED TIMED event with mile markers. Water is at the turn around and water and refreshments at the finish. GRASS SKIRTS available at packet pick up for those who ordered (additional $4)
PARKING at BOLSA CHICA STATE BEACH is $15. You may wish to car pool..To enter into BOLSA CHICA STATE BEACH go in the main g ate on PCH and drive furthest EAST to the very last parking lot. T he race is staged in view of that famous Jack In the Box on the corner of Warner and PCH. If you prefer to not pay parking, there is a parking lot where the SuperMex and the gas station are located on the corner of Warner and PCH. You can walk in to the race staging area from there.
Race Day: Walk up registration and pre registrants can pick up race bibs and tshirts on race morning from 6:30am to 7:45am at the race site or be pre-prepared by coming to packet pick up.
