2017 Course Preview

Come out for an open water swim practice with life guards, a swim clinic, and spotting buoys to practice your open water skills in the beautiful Foster Lake. We swim from the beach where you will start your triathlon in September.

Swimming will be followed by biking. Our Posse will lead groups on the Half Iron, Olympic, Sprint and Try-a-Tri courses. We will have a lead and a sweep for each course along with a SAG car. The courses will be marked with paint on the ground at every turn. This is a casual, non-race ride. Everyone must wear helmets and follow the rules of the road.

Swimming starts at 7am. Biking starts at 9am. Come for one or both!
