Event Description

Started as a run to celebrate Fleet Feet Ridgeway Birthday that opened Black Friday 2011! What better way to celebrate than with a run!  And it's FREE!  Untimed and completely for fun!  Pacers available from 8 min/mile to 15 min/mile.  Completely self supported with one "fun" stop in the middle.  Run from Fleet Feet @ The Armory to Fleet Feet Ridgeway (primarily via Erie Canal Path)

7:30am - Depart from Fleet Feet @ The Armory
9:30am - Post-run refreshments will be served at Fleet Feet Ridgeway including Birthday Cake and Coffee.

We're going to leave from Armory at 7:30am to make the 12 mile trek to the Ridgeway! You can run the entire 12 miles by yourself, or you can grab a few friends and make a relay out of it! There is a mid point spot at "hotel" at the Airport with refreshments and cheering and relay exchange.
The trek is on the Erie Canal Path predominantly until we have to get off to get to and from the stores.  Feel free to coordinate a shuttle with fellow friends whereby some leave cars at Ridgeway and some at Armory so you can shuttle once completed. Or we are offering a Complimentary shuttle service from Ridgeway to Armory at 7AM but you MUST register for them by end of day Monday, Nov. 19th to get on.
