Event Description

One of the best mountain runs in the nation, the Timberine Mt Run starts and finishes at historic Timberline Lodge at an elevation of 6000 feet above sea level. The entire course is at altitude, above 5000 feet, and has 3900 feet of total elevation change, the high point reaching nearly 7000 feet at Palmer Chair, the top of the Magic Mile. As challenging as it is to race, it's extremely scenic and fun just to complete, especially with the cold beer and hot dogs at the Wy'East balcony overlooking the finish line.

You don't have to run on a team, but as it's the home of the Mountain Running Team Championships, you can simply list your team name to compete for the trophy. There is no limit to team size, except that you need at least two people overall, and at least one female on your team. Team points are heavily weighted toward participation, so the larger your team, the greater your score. 

Event details and schedule

The race starts at 10:00am. Check-in and day-of-race registration, at Wy'East Day Lodge on the upstairs balcony, starts at 9:00am. Day-of reg is $40. There is no registration the day before the race.
