Event Description

Don't miss out on this early season, USAT-sanctioned race that is a perfect tune-up for experienced athletes as well as a great introduction to the sport for newbies.  We have many race options including a triathlon (individual or relay), duathlon (individual or relay) and aquabike.

Triathlon - For the triathlon, you'll start off with a 350 meter pool swim located in the Upper Dublin High School Athletic Complex then head out into the neighborhoods of Fort Washington for a 10.6 mile bike and finish off the race with a 3.4 mile run.

Duathlon - Not a swimmer? Register for the duathlon and enjoy a 2 mile run followed by the 10.6 mile bike and finished off the race with the 3.4 mile run.

Aquabike - Not a runner? An aquabike, consisting of the 350 meter swim and 12.4 mile bike is also offered for those athletes who choose not to include the run.
