Event Description


This workout combines 30-minute group cycling followed by 15 minutes of core exercises and stretching. Rides are set to a variety of music. Get a vigorous workout, burn calories and stay in shape. Willamalane Center members save and additional 20 percent. Space is limited; register in advance. Instructor Teri Jacobs.
