ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 11:59 pm on SUNDAY, MARCH 24. UNTIL OUR MAXIMUM NUMBER IS REACHED, WALKUP REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE AT PACKET PICKUP FRIDAY, MARCH 29 AND RACE MORNING, SATURDAY, MARCH 30th.
The 9th Annual Capital 10-Miler, a ten mile race through sections of the Capital Greenbelt, along the Riverfront & over Harrisburg's bridges will take place on Saturday, March 30th. USATF Course Certification #PA15004WB. We were just advised that the course may need to be revised this year due to restoration work on the lower riverwalk. We will post the final 10 mile course ASAP following consultation with city officials and police. Directions:
From I-76, exit Harrisburg E; bear left at I-83 split; follow I-83 S to 2nd St. exit. At 4th light turn left on Market St. (Bridge); right onto City Island. Parking available (no charge). From I-83 N or S, exit onto 2nd Street and follow the same directions. From I-81, Exit at S Front St; travel approx. 3 miles to Market St. Bridge & turn right onto City Island. Walking: from Amtrak Station or downtown hotels, W to Front St., Turn R & proceed to Walnut St., left on bridge to City Island.

8:30 a.m - Pre-race Warmup
8:45 a.m. - Participants with disabilities in wheeled vehicles and support runners start
9:00 a.m. - RUNNER START
11:00 a.m.- 1 p.m. - Showers Available
