Join Parker Parks and Recreation at Bar CCC Park for our 11th annual Love 'em or Leave 'em Valentine's Day 5K/10K!
A Few Reasons Why You Should Choose The Love 'Em or Leave 'Em 5K/10K!
- Perfect New Year’s resolution run/walk just over one month after New Year’s Day and a romantic way to celebrate Valentine’s Day by being active!
- Competitive event but also family orientated! The courses are USATF certified and professionally timed so you can set a benchmark early for your 2019 racing year or you can just compete for fun with family and friends.
- The race is very affordable, especially if you register early! Additionally, any proceeds stay in Parker to support local recreation programs, activities, and our scholarship fund which allows those with less to participate in our recreation offerings.
- Pancakes! Enough said!
Event Includes:
- Valentine's Day themed run or walk with family, friends, and community members!
- A unique custom designed long sleeved performance shirt!

- Professionally timed event with results posted online same day! (unofficial results will be posted at the event)
- Pancakes from Flippin' Flapjacks! (A few GF snack options will be available if needed)
- 5K and 10K are both USATF certified courses!

- Early race material pickup for pre-registered! (Thursday & Friday before at RNK Running & Walking)

- Dogs and strollers are welcome! (will need to stay to the right and single file for safety)
Key dates:
Register by Jan. 21 and be guaranteed your long sleeve T-shirt size on race day (highly recommended). Online registration closes Wednesday, Feb. 6 at noon. Registering early is strongly encouraged! There are a limited number of spots so register early to secure a space, the lowest price, and to guarantee the best experience!
