Event Description

A Community United in Recovery is taking the stigma out of recovery by honoring it and getting the wider community involved!  Join us for our second annual Recovery Month 5k event at Marathon Park, followed by entertainment by The Bridge and others.  Visit tables from other organizations in and around Thurston County.  All registered racers are eligible to win raffle prizes!  Run or walk with friends and family new and old, to show your support for a community that fosters recovery for individuals and families living in recovery from addiction and mental health.  First 100 registrants will receive a free tech fabric event Tshirt!

Event details and schedule

Packet pick-up will begin on race day at 7am.  The event will begin promptly at 9am.  The course will consist of two laps around Olympia's Capitol Lake, beginning and ending at Marathon Park.  Parking will be available at Marathon Park and along Deschutes Parkway, at no charge.  Please wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for the weather.
