Event Description

All of us are familiar with the struggles and stigma of mental illness and the vital need for treatment.   Mosaic Mental Health has been providing caring, crucial services to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds for 60 years, improving lives and strengthening families and the community.  

Please join us for the 10th anniversary Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies 5K Run/Walk — it’s an annual highlight of the spring. 

Enjoy picturesque views and a 5K course accommodating all levels of runners and walkers.  There’ll be refreshments and the event’s exclusive commemorative t-shirts for all participants — and trophies for winners in more than a dozen categories.  

We look forward to a fun-filled morning with new and longtime friends, and family, as we raise awareness and funds for Mosaic’s difference-making programs and services!
