Event Description
Payne Chiropractic Run for Health is an early morning run made meaningful because the proceeds benefit Building Homes for Heroes. For the last 2 years we have been a part of building homes for Capt. Nathan Nelson (paralized from a blast in Afgahnistan) and the DeAlancar family after Staff Sgt Mark DeAlancar paid the ultimate sacrifice. Both of these brave men lived here in the panhandle of Florida and we are so proud to be a part of their families restoration.
Dr. Alan Payne started this 5K race to bring health awareness to our area with 100% of the proceeds always going to support our local community. So stay healthy and help your neighbor. See you there!

- 7:00am Race bib and Packet pick-up / Last Minute Registration
- 8:00am 5K Run/Walk begins
- 10:15ish After Party at Harry T's
Everyone meets at Clement Taylor Park with the Track Club bringing us to the starting point on Calhoun Ave. We will continue down a tree lined street with water provided at 2 locations before we loop around to come back the way we came. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids for 48 hours prior to the race. The street will be open for traffic but we will have police escort and assistance.
