Event Description

Join us on Saturday, July 20th to give your heart a run and raise money to support the FHN Cardiopulmonary Department.  Both races will start and finish from the FHN Burchard Hills Clinic with most of the course running along the walking path that runs behind and south of the clinic. Just enough rolling hills to keep you honest! Runners competing in the 10K will run into scenic Krape Park. Course certification is pending.

The 5k and 10K runs will begin at 8 a.m.  The 1 mile Victor Lap around the Burchard Hills campus will start immediately following. We know some of our "alumni" from our Cardiopulmonary Rehab program will be making the walk. Cheer them on!

Awards to the Overall Male and Female finisher plus the top three finishers in the following age groups: 1-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+.

Run all 5 - Freeport, IL races and be recognized at the Colby Smith Memorial Run on August 24, 2019
