- Dock and deep water starts, dock exit
- Very likely wetsuit legal
- Large, clean, deep lake
- Bike
- 1 loop course
- A few curves and hills to practice technical skills, but not overwhelmingly difficult
- Minimal traffic, half the ride is in a closed to traffic park and traffic restricted/heavily controlled on Feather Valley Road. We may be able to completely close that section of Feather Valley Road to traffic.

- Race 1 – Mass deep water start
- All racers line up in the water together
- Race 2 – TT dock start slowest to fastest by race 1 finish time
- 2-3” between racers regardless of previous race finish time
- Race 3 – Wave dock starts grouped in waves fastest to slowest
- 10-20 racers per wave, 3-4 waves @ 60” apart
- Race 1 – Mass deep water start
- All races get professional chip timed results
