Event Description

Olympia's premier Thanksgiving Day running event! Start the holidays with exercise and community! The 4-mile course rolls takes participants around Capital Lake and provides you with an opportunity to see all of the sites on Washington's State Capital Campus... statues, monuments, and more! All runners in the 2016 Oly Trot 4-Mile Run will get a custom mug and a pot-holder (to help you handle those hot turkeys!). After the race enjoy locally made pumpkin pies and cookies! 

The event supports the Thurston County Food Bank. Remember to bring at least 2 non-perishable food items to race day! 

Event details and schedule

All registered participants will be emailed information about times/locations for packet pick-ups. You CAN pick-up packets for friends and family members. There is NO RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP. Please plan accordingly. 

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers of the Oly Trot 4-Mile Run.

The Oly Tot-Trot starts promptly at 8:30AM. The Oly Trot 4-Mile Run starts promptly at 9AM.
