Capital City Strider's Spring Training Program
This is a training program for anyone who wants to use a walk or a walk/jog interval to get in moving and get ready to participate in the spring and summer fun runs. By the end of this 6-week program, you will be able to participate in the Capital City Striders first spring Fun Walk / Run, The Tortoise & Hare Fun Run in Southwind Park on May 18th.
You'll receive a Long Sleeve T-Shirt with your registration fee.
You'll also receive a discount code when you do the training for $5 off the Tortoise and Hare Fun Walk Run event on May 18th in Southwind Park.
