This themed Scavenger Race (formerly the ColorFun 5K Run/Walk) is designed to raise money for Girls Traveling the World and to help fund girl travel. We hope to bring the community together and promote being healthy and having fun while helping girls see the World.
You can make this race competitive or use a slower pace and just have fun! You can register as part of a team of 3 to 6 participants, or register as a single or pair and we will place you on a team. You can also register a child who is 5 and under as a "tag-along" for $5 which includes a child's small event T-shirt. (They are not counted as part of the team.) This event consists of a competition with multiple stops and fun tasks at several local establishments and sponsored tents throughout Morrisville, PA as you make your way to the finish line in Williamson Park. Your team can compete for a cash prize or just enjoy the Scavenger Race at your own pace with family and friends. Add to the fun by dressing as your favorite Star Wars character - there will be prizes for best dressed!
The fun starts before the race with a Pre-Race party from 8 to 10 AM and continues after the Scavenger Race with an unforgettable Finish Line Bandstand party and Food Fest. This party will feature a local radio station, DJ, games, food, drinks, and tons of fun. This will be the best Scavenger Race ever!
Medals will be awarded for best dressed both child and adult categories.
Cash prizes will be awarded as follows:
First Place - $500
Second Place - $200
Third Place - $100

When you registered you were given the opportunity to raise additional fund to support our local Girls! The Fundraising Club program was developed to motivate and award volunteers for fundraising excellence.
