Event Description
The 2019 Alexandra's Angels MS Challenge at Birch State Park on Saturday, March 2nd, includes a series of athletic events to test your mettle as you raise money to fund Multiple Sclerosis Research.
Events include:
a 5k starting at 7:30am, and
a 20-mile bike ride from 9am, all within beautiful Birch State Park.
Then, at 11am, stretch it out and namaste Angel's style with our #naMaSlay Challenge.
Join in a 1-hour inspiring outdoor yoga session presented by Paige Held of Yoga Joint.
Our "Angel Athletes" may select which events they�d like to participate, or sign-up for them all! You can even assemble team/family and do the event as a relay! Fun prizes will be awarded to the top individual and team finishers in the various events, and additional recognition will be given to the top fundraisers. Compete against yourself or others, just be sure to defeat Multiple Sclerosis!
Your registration fee covers all the events INCLUDING a victory celebration with food, drinks, music, games, canoeing & SUP paddling - a fun-filled day the entire family can enjoy!
Most importantly, ALL funds raised by the Alexandra's Angels MS Challenge will benefit the Repair & Remyelination Research Project at the University of California San Francisco, the #1 MS hospital in the United States.
