New Start Time and Start Location for 5k, 10k and 15k for 2019!!!

The City of Lebanon Parks and Recreation Committee will host the 14th annual
Red Hot Blues Run during the city’s annual Blues Festival on Saturday, August 3rd, 2019. This
year the race will take place two hours earlier starting at 5 p.m. to ensure runners have the
opportunity to enjoy the Blues Festival as well. The event, which will include a 5k, 10k, and 15k
run, will begin downtown in front of the City of Lebanon Electric Building at 125 S. Sycamore
Street and continue along the Lebanon-Countryside YMCA Trail. There will also be a free kids ½
mile fun run beginning at 4:30 p.m. Runners of all abilities are encouraged to participate, and each
runner will receive $5 in “Blues Bucks” that can be used at the Lebanon Blues Festival, which will
be going on after the run. This event helps raise money for the Lebanon Park System, including
the new Premier Health Atrium Medical Center Bike Park.
