Event Description

This point to point race begins at  Boulder Beach, Lake Mead and ends at Wilbur Square in Boulder City, just 25 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Boasting a Sprint and Olympic, this course is known to be scenic yet challenging, due to the gorgeous climb into Boulder City from Lake Mead. It is the perfect race for the whole family to enjoy and relax amongst the thousands of athletes and spectators from across the world! This race sells out at 1,100 athletes.

Event details and schedule

At packet pick up, you will receive an athlete guide; race packet including run bib, bike bib and imprinted swim cap; gender specific t-shirt and SWAG bag.

Hammer Gels, Gatorade and water will be provided at aid stations throughout the bike and run course. A custom finisher medal will be given to each athlete as they cross the finish line. Snacks including bananas will be available at the finish and a complimentary post race meal is provided between 10am-3pm for all athletes and volunteers. Chip timing and race announcing will be provided by Flatirons Event Specialists.

Boat, kayak and scuba diving will be provided by Lake Mead Yacht Club, BBSC Endurance Sports and all other individual water support parnters. Bike support will be provided by High Knees Cycling and McGhie's Bike Techs. Our USAT Race Director and trained staff, along with the best volunteers will provide you with an overall amazing and safe race course from packet pick up to the finish line, and beyond!
