Event Description
Join us for the 12th annual 4K race on Nautilus Ct. and the east Twin Lake (no hills) followed by complimentary Avery beers (bring your ID) & delicious breakfast from our restaurant.
Awards in 5 year age groups from under 21 to 80 and over and a random drawing for gift certificates will take place at 10 am.
This race has a cap of 700 runners and we typically reach that in June, so register early. You'll be disappointed if you wait until a few days before the race!
Packet pickup is in the brewery west packing lot from 7:00-8:30. Race starts at 9:00am sharp!
For the safety of all runners involved, we cannot have dogs or strollers on the course.

Event details and schedule
• REGISTRATION: $40 includes tech shirt and post-race party with beers and food. Registration begins 3/10/2019.
• COURSE: The 4k (2.48m) will take place on Nautilus Court in Boulder. It is a fast, flat course with one loop around the east Twin Lake.
• PARKING: Parking is limited, so car pooling, riding a bus, walking, or biking to the race is encouraged!
• PACKET PICKUP: At Avery from 7am-8:30am on race day. Please bring your ID if you want to drink beer.
• PROCEEDS: Benefits the Harvest of Hope Food Pantry and the Richard Castro CU Track & Field Endowment Fund.
• AGE GROUPS: 5 year age groups for men and women. 20 & under, 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
• AWARDS: Overall male and female winners receive their weight in Avery beer! Age group winners receive a case of Avery beer! 2nd place age group winners receive two six-packs of Avery beer and 3rd place age group winners receive one six pack of Avery beer. (Participants must be at least 21 years of age on 7/4/19 to win beer prizes. Gift certificates will be substituted for 20 and under age group winners.)
