Event Description

 Race will be held on trails that are mostly flat with some rolling hills.  Courses are a mixture of trails, sidewalk, and hard pack dirt trails. Both events in partial view of Lake Hodges and the beautiful San Dieguito River Park area.  The 15K and 5K races will be a professionally RFID chipped timed with live posted, displayed and fully indexed results, accurately measured courses, 5 aide stations for 15K, 2 aide stations for 5K, mile markers throughout the course, course well marked, bike lead for the 15K, post-race refreshments, Farmers Market will open at 10:30 AM, tours of the Sikes Adobe Historic Farmhouse, visit booths of local conservation and partner organizations, and ample parking available within walking distance of the start line.  Participants should obey all City parking regulations. 

Check in time starting at 6:30 AM.

Age Groups: Ages 1-12 * 13-17 * 18-24 * 25-29 * 30-39 * 40-49 * 50-59 * 60 Plus

Awards will be live native plant arrangements given to the top 3 overall winners in the 15K race and 5K race, as well as the top person in each age category for both races.
