Get ready to work during the Fit Foodie Sweat Session! SEALFIT Coach John Wornham and SEALFIT Coach Melanie Sliwka are going to kick your cardio into high gear with an intense workout suitable for all fitness levels. Circuits will include:
#1 Sandbag Drills
#2 Grinder PT
#3 SEAL Core
#4 Jump ropes
#5 Kokoro Yoga
After the Sweat Session, you’ll be rewarded with a tasty refresh station to refuel and replenish. This is Fit Foodie, after all!
