Description

These 4 week programs provide the athlete with the basic foundation and skill development necessary to run cross country or track. Professional trainers conduct a structured regiment that focuses on the individual advancement. The athletes are placed in small to medium sized groups ranging on skill levels to maximize the rate of improvement and the intensity of the environment.
