Description
Introduction (13+) Level 1: In this course students will learn safety and fun ways of the water. Students will learn the safety of shallow water floating and progress to a front crawl movement. In addition, they will learn how to back float and forward movement techniques.
All participants will be registered into one class and divided by appropriate level on the first day of class. Session 3
