Event Description

Tires Plus Tire Pros of Valdese is hosting the 3rd Annual Gift of Giving 5K (Walk or Run) event to raise funds and awareness for local veterans. This course starts and finishes at Catawba Meadows Park in Morganton, and will lead you out and back on the Morganton Greenway.  

Phantom Runner

Can't participate and would still like to support our event and get a cool race shirt? Consider being a PHANTOM RUNNER (No participation required, shirts may be picked up at Packet Pick up or on-site Race Day.

Early Registration through 11:59 pm on Tuesday, May 12th includes a custom race tee. Late Registration is from 12 am Wednesday, May 13th through 11:59 pm Tuesday, May 19th. Race Day Registration opens from 6:45 am - 7:45 am. (NO Race Tee with Late OR Race Day Registration). 

Awards
Given to the top 3 male & female finishers, and top Overall Masters male and female. Awards will go to the top 3 male and female 5K finishers in the following age groups:

Age Divisions (Male & Female)
10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 
20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+ (*Walkers are welcome, but no specific awards will be give. The course will be monitored for 60 minutes)
