We are very excited for the 4th Annual Sole Hope Denim Dash! This year we are offering several ways for you to participate!
-Our U.S. physical 5k and Fun Run will be in Salisbury, NC
-Can’t join us at our physical location but want to run/walk? Choose the virtual option which allows you to participate anywhere in the world!

Salisbury Trail: The trail goes through the beautiful Salisbury Community Park. It is an unpaved, wooded trail, and not stroller friendly.
Bring the whole family! Kids can run the 1/2 mile Kids Fun Run for free!
Pre-registered 5K runners/walkers will receive a race bib, race day swag bag, t-shirt*, and free food following the race!
*T-shirts are guaranteed to all participants registered by April 1st. Registrations received after that day will be given what remains on a 1st come/1st serve basis.
Medals are awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall winners as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in men's and women's age groups: 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60 and 61 and above.
Online registration closes at Noon on April 17th. Day of race registration IS available! Come out and register onsite if you miss the online cut off!
Want to have even more fun? Creatively incorporate DENIM into your race day attire! Sole Hope uses recycled denim to create the tops of our shoe patterns which are then made into shoes and given to the children in Uganda to prevent them from getting jiggers in their feet. *Running in a group or have some friends who plan to run together? Create a team and register everyone!
Virtual 5K: All registered participants will receive the following in the mail: a race day packet, t-shirt, and participation medal! Please note: if you are located outside of The United States, you will be sent a Paypal invoice and a separate shipping charge before your packet is mailed.
Who is Sole Hope and what do we do? Thousands of people in Uganda suffer from a foot parasite called jiggers. Through education, medical care, and shoes we seek to aid Ugandan people to become jigger free.Sole Hope currently provides a fair wage to over 60 Ugandans for their work as tailors, shoemakers, nurses, social workers, caretakers and more.
