Open to all swimmers ages 18 and older. Practices will be run by a coach, and will focus on helping adults build stroke technique, endurance, and overall swimming ability. Swimmers should be minimally proficient with freestyle and able to swim 2 lengths (50 yards.) The amount of laps/yards completed by each swimmer will be based on each swimmer's experience. Each practice will be different and offer a variety of swim sets throughout the course of a workout. Swimmers can attend as many practices a week as they desire.
