Event Description

Your participation in the 18th Annual YMCA of Catawba Valley's Turkey Trot 5/10K Run/Walk and Youth Fun Run will help support kids and families in Catawba County by helping to make YMCA programs and services accessible to those who would otherwise be not able to afford the full cost of services. This family fun day is hosted by the YMCA of Catawba Valley.

REGISTRATION SCHEDULE:

Sunday - November 4th:  Last day of early registration / Shirt Guarantee (race Shirt NOT Guaranteed with Late or race day registration).

Saturday - November 17th 7-8 AM: Race Day Registration

PACKET PICKUP:

Thursday - November 15th 3-6 PM: GROUP Packet Pick Up. Contact person must pick up all the packages at this time in the Teen Center.

Friday - November 16th 3-6 PM: INDIVIDUAL packet pick up in the Teen Center.

RACE DAY SCHEDULE:

7:00 - 8:00  Onsite registration and packet pick-up.

8:30 START Youth Obstacle Course [Ages 4 to 12] [Outdoor Track] This event is Free. However we do ask that you register.

9:00 START 10K Run/Walk [In front of YMCA]

9:05 START 5K Run/Walk [In front of YMCA]

11:00 AWARDS Ceremony [CO Miller Teen Center]

AGE-GROUP AWARDS:

Turkey to the Top Male & Female of 5K/10K Winners

Trophies to the Top Three Overall Male & Female 5K & 10K Winners

Custom Medals to the Top Three Male & Female Age Group Winners:

9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, *70 +

*Special presentation for the oldest male and female participants for the 5K/10K
