Join us on Thursday, May 23, 2019, on the campus of Southern New Hampshire University as we raise much-needed funds to support the St. Joseph Community Services (SJCS) Meals on Wheels Program.!

Our event offers a Kids 800 Meter Dash, 5k Run and Walk with a modified walking course for those who would prefer that option.  It’s an opportunity to form your corporate teams (3 or more participants receive discounted entries!) and enjoy a fun run to build camaraderie. It’s also an opportunity to raise awareness and raise funds that will help local people in need. It’s an opportunity to do good and have fun doing it! We'll conclude with a community barbeque, raffles, and of course, AWARDS! Dont forget early bird registration closes May 13, 2019 @ midnight.  The first 75 to enter receive an awesome Step up! Support Meals on Wheels 5k Run/Walk race shirt!! 

Our agency provides home-delivered food and a safety check for homebound, older, and disabled adults.  On average, we provide 8,000 meals a week to clients throughout Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. Last year, we served approximately 400,000 meals to nearly 3,000 residents. By supporting SJCS Meals on Wheels you are helping to provide nutritious meals to a needy population. One out of every three of our clients is food insecure. As part of the delivery service, our drivers provide safety checks and social engagement to our clients. One out of every four of our participants tells us that our drivers are the only people they see all week. By supporting Meals on Wheels you're helping more than half of our clients to age with dignity and remain in their own homes.
