Event Description

DATE:  Thursday, September 19th

LOCATION: Auburn Pitts, Auburn, NH

START TIME:  6:20 p.m.

Total Image Running, CGI Business Solutions and the New Hampshire Food Bank are joining forces for this year’s Hunger is the Pitts 5k!  In 2018, the New Hampshire Food Bank distributed more than 14.1 million pounds to more than 425 partner agencies across the state of New Hampshire. Right now 1 in 9 of our New Hampshire Friends are in need…but you can help!  $10 from each registration will be donated to the New Hampshire Food Bank!

This is the fourth and final race of the Greater Manchester Race Series which is timed and organized by Total Image Running. Complete 3 of the 4 races and earn your 2019 series hoodie.  Complete all 4 races in the series and also earn a series medal.   

POST RACE ACTIVITIES:

Fun backyard BBQ series finale bash with bonfire, band and a complimentary Total Image signature cocktail or draft beer (21+),   

ALL PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE: 
- Race swag.

- Complimentary cocktail or draft beer (21+).

- BBQ buffet.

- Free finish line photos and videos

CHIP TIMING/ FINISH LINE PHOTOS / RESULTS:
Runners will be chip timed by Total Image Running.  Chip will be adhered to the back of your bib.  We recommend you wear the bib pinned to the front of your shirt for the most accurate results.   Finish line photos will be available for free!  Don't forget to look up and smile as you cross the finish.  Results will be posted as quickly as possible.  If you provided us with your email address and cell number, your results will be emailed and/or texted to you.

TEAMS:
Register as a team and arrive dressed in the spirit of the race! Since orange is the color of Hunger Action Month, break out your craziest orange attire! To register as a team, simply check "Yes" to the Would you like to join a Group/Team?   All participants will be timed but collaborative team scores will not be calculated. THIS IS ALWAYS A FUN COMPETITION!  

 Receive an extra drink ticket for being the most creative team!  

 INDIVIDUAL RACE AWARDS:

Awards to the top three male/female finishers and top three finishers in each age group.  Must be present to receive your awards in both individual races and series. Prizes, awards and gear will not be mailed. If you cannot be present please contact us to make arrangements to pick up.

FUNDRAISING:

START A FUNDRAISING TEAM OR RAISE MONEY INDIVIDUALLY! 

Prize awarded to the team or individual who raises the most money! Fundraising can be done right from your registration page! Check it out!!!

BIB PICKUP:

EARLY BIB PICK UP:  Pick up your bib early!  Location and time to be announced soon.
DAY OF EVENT:  Bib pick up is on the day of the event and begins at 5 p.m. at the Auburn Pitts.

REGISTRATION FEES:
5K Adults:  $30

5K Youth (17 and under):  $25

PARKING:

ALLIANCE LANDSCAPING is our new sponsor and will be providing parking for the event!  They are located across the street from The Auburn Pitts!!!!!!!!!!   There will be parking attendants to direct participants where to park.       

WEATHER/REFUNDS:
This event will take place rain or shine.  Sorry, no refunds will be issued from registrations. All proceeds will be used to help feed the hungry in our community. Thank you for your support!
