The race will take place on Thursday, August 8, 2019 - 6:30 p.m. sharp.
All events start and finish at Race St., Vincentown, NJ.

Triathlon Distances
200 yard swim, 5.75 mile bike, 1.3 mile run
Duathlon Distances
1.3 mile run, 5.75 mile bike, 1.3 mile run
5:00 - 6:15 pm check-in, packet pickup and race day registration
- 6:15 pm pre-race briefing
- 6:30 pm races start(2-4 waves based on # of entrants)
The swim is in a fresh water lake.The bike and run will be contested on roads through scenic farmland.The course is flat and fast.

15 & under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over

Top 3 Athenas Females 165+ lbs
Top 3 Male/Female First Timers
The first 150 entries will receive a High Tech T-Shirt
Finishers Medals to first 150 finishers !!!
Refreshments will be provided at the end of the race
