What a better way to celebrate Thanksgiving than starting your morning off with a 5K.
This annual 5K is sure to be a crowd pleaser. I mean who does not want to eat PIE after a run. And trust us, we will have plenty of PIE to choose from.
Bring out the family, call up some old friends, and lace up those running shoes.
Participants will also be getting an insulated tote bag so they can bring home leftovers from Thanksgiving dinner.
All participants are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to the race to donate to the Newark Area Welfare Committee. Food collected from the event will go to help feed some of the less fortunate in the Newark Area.
