Event Description

The CdA Tri, celebrating thirty-three successful years, is one of the most scenic races in the Northwest! The race starts with a swim in beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene, with the bike course along Coeur d’Alene Lake Drive, a scenic bike route up the challenging, uphill Mullan Trail Road, finishing the race with a run along Northwest Boulevard and the Spokane River, and ending at the finish line back at the Coeur d’Alene City Park.

Volunteers make this event!!! We cannot do it without these amazing people! There are many positions available, both on race day and before. Please let your friends and family know of all these opportunities.  

No one can do all things, but everyone can do one thing!
