Come join us for our first ever family friendly

Tadpole Trot !!       

This is a 5 K Fun Run/ Walk that all proceeds will go to the KROC Center's 3rd grade swim program.

According to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention & the Idaho Department of Health, Idaho has the second highest unintentional drowning rate in the country for the 1 to 5 year old age group. With the countless lakes and rivers of North Idaho, water safety is imperative. From April to June, the Third Grade Swim program teaches third graders the basics of staying safe & staying alive.  This program runs entirely on donations.

 Don't delay, sign up now and forward this to everyone you know. Bring your friends and family, dress up, have fun and join us in helping keep our children, grandchildren and friends safe while swimming!!

FAQs 

Starting Point - This run will start at the Trail Head of the Centennial Trail at Falls Park and go to McGuire and back. We encourage you to bring your children as this run is for them as well.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking for the event will be across Spokane street in the Post Falls City Hall parking area. Please no parking in the Falls Park (small) parking area.  

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You are encouraged to dress up, have fun, or just come to the run!

Can I update my registration information?

You can update your registration information until September 9th, 2016.

 Sponsors - If you would like to be a sponsor for the run we would be very grateful and encourage you to do so! The breakdown is as follows:

                    Bronze                 $100-$250

                    Silver                   $250-$500

                    Gold                     $500-$1000

                    Platinum             $1000-$2500

Banner - There will also be a banner option available to sponsors and you are welcome to add your logo and advertising information with a sponsorship of $250 or more.

Vendors - There will be an area for you to come and join us and we encourage that. No selling of items will be allowed without a city vendor license, but you are welcome to hand out items that support the run and information about your business.
