Please join us for the It Takes a Village 5k and 1k Fun Run through scenic Pawtuxet Village and stay for the post-race party! The race ends with food trucks, live music, and a beer tent at the waterfront Pawtuxet Park. Bring along family and friends to celebrate after your run! Festivities run from 5 pm - 8 pm.
All proceeds go directly to E. S. Rhodes Elementary School PTA, Edgewood Highland Elementary School PTA, and Park View Middle School PTA. The PTA provides children with enrichment activities such as afterschool programs and field trips and provides teachers with additional resources to enhance the classroom experience. It truly takes a village to support our children and this is a festive way to do just that.
T-shirts will be provided to all runners pre-registered by May 1st and on a first come, first serve basis on race day.
Cash prize for top male and female overall
Medals for top male\female in age categories
Please note that 1k runners and younger 5k runners should have an adult responsible for them on the course to ensure their safety and ability to follow the course.
