Team Running Lab is a supportive training group that aims to get NEW runners ready for a 5k race. Training plan is 8 weeks long. The goal race is the Hungry Duck 5k in Brighton on Monday July 4th, 2022. (Team Running Lab 5k Training Group registration does NOT register you for the race, race registration is separate). Registration with Team Running Lab 5k training will provide you with:
Free 5k interval training group consisting a detailed training plan
Weekly hosted group runs with 5k coaches taking place on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings
Monthly yoga for runners classes
Private training group Facebook communication
