Event Description

The Lilac Festival is a chance for families to come out and do something fun, as a hometown, family-friendly event. The fun begins on Friday May 31st with a talent show, pony rides, and a petting zoo. Saturday the festival gets into full swing with the parade at 1 p.m. Other events on Saturday include a car show, and free-throw shoot out. The vendor and craft show will be available Friday through Sunday. Join us on Sunday as the festival wraps up with the 5k run/walk and breakfast! The run/walk will begin at 10:00 am and the breakfast is at 11:00am.

Packet pick up race day morning starting at 9:00 am

Proceeds go to Barryton Lilac festival

All you can eat pancake breakfast with sausage, coffee and orange juice starts at 11:00 am.

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted during the race and online at Playmakers.com.
