Event Description

The 2016 Splash Pedal & Dash is one of the funnest Kids tri's in the Treasure Valley!!!

The 9th annual Pulse Kids Splash Pedal & Dash triathlon will be held on Wednesday August 17th starting at 7:00pm.   This USA Triathlon sanctioned event will consist of an optional 20yd-50yd swim in the Meridian Pool, a 3/4- 1.5M bike around the Meridian Speedway, and a 1/3-3/4 mile run followed by a slide down a 16-ft inflatable waterslide.  (Parents are more than welcome to follow their kids on foot to encourage and/or capture the moment with their kids!)

We create a relaxed FUN environment for the kids!  Ice Cream and Medals to follow for each participant!  After the event if you want to get some more swim time in, Meridian Pool will let you swim for FREE until the pool closes!

Packet Pick up: 3 locations for your convenience!!

The Pulse Boise- Monday August 15th 11-6pm

The Pulse Meridian- Tuesday August 16th 11-6pm

Storey Park-Race Day August 17th 6:00-6:45pm

Please arrive in time to get your child "body marked" with their number- just like a the big triathletes do!

There will be a Bike Check provided by Meridian Cycles -they will make sure your childs tires are pumped up and that they have handle bar plugs to ensure safety on the course!

Have the kids dress in something comfortable for swimming, biking & running!  Bring a towel...they will be wet at the end!

Please make sure your kids are sunscreened and hydrated!

The swim waves will start promplty at 7:00pm!
