19th annual Lansing Turkey Trot - A Thanksgiving morning tradition! Start Time 9 AM

This race is put on by the Michigan Running Foundation with proceeds supporting youth running in Michigan. In 2018 over $77K in grants were given. This is a fantastic 5k on Thanksgiving morning that the entire family will love. Runners and Walkers of all abilities are welcome! 

Pricing now until 11/22: -  Individual Entry Fee $25. Under age 18 - $20. Family of 3 or more Entry Fee $20/person (all participants must sign up at the same time). Register by Friday, 11/22 to be guaranteed a shirt.  Shirts are not guaranteed after the 22nd and available as supplies last. The shirts are VERY popular so we suggest registering early to secure one!

Pricing race day Thursday 11/28 entry fee $35 - no shirt guarantee, no age based pricing and no family discounts.

Course: Scenic accurate and fast 5k through Downtown Lansing passing the State Capitol Christmas Tree.  Clocks at the mile marks.

Timing mats at start and finish: The runners time will not start until they cross the mats at the start so everyone's time will be accurate. Disposable chips in the bib.

Awards: $25 Playmakers Gift Certificate to Overall, Master and Grand Maser Champion. $10 Gift Certificate to all age group winners! - Medals to top 3 places in each age group, male and female. Age Groups: 10 & under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & up

Packet pick up and registration: At Playmakers, Tuesday 11/26 and Wednesday 11/27 from 10 am to 8 pm. Registration: $30 no shirt guarantee or family discount.

Race day registration ($35 no shirt guarantee or family discount) and packet pickup starts at 7:30 am.  LCC Commons on the first floor.
