The Delmarva Dash is a two-day 200-mile team relay race organized by the Delmarva Dash Foundation to benefit the Nemours Fund for Children’s Health and the A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children.  A team adventure relay race with a breathtaking purpose, the Delmarva Dash will bring together runners and volunteers, sharing their time, their thoughts and themselves while racing down the Delmarva Peninsula on a spring weekend, all dedicated to raising awareness and funds to support kids with cancer…

On Friday morning, April 17, 2020, teams of twelve runners each will start at Nemours A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington and race from there, around upper New Castle County, Delaware, through the Eastern Shore of Maryland in the afternoon and evening, back across southern Delaware to Cape Henlopen overnight and into Saturday morning, and then down along the Atlantic Ocean, finishing on Saturday afternoon, April 18, 2020, at the Indian River Inlet in Delaware Seashore State Park in Bethany Beach, Delaware, with a big post-race barbeque and party at the Big Chill Beach Club for all of the runners, their families and friends, and the kids…
