A safe , friendly environment to swim with a group/'

learn sighting, stroke technique, and ways ro manage fears--such as the start of  a race.

Ample parking, but it may get busy on sunny days.  keep valuables lock and out of sight.

Meet Lois at the sandy beach by 8am.

Event details and schedule

Coach Lois will speak at 8am, PLEASE ARRIVE BY 730-745am. She will give a mini clinic on open water and triathlon.

Bring 2 goggles--one clear, one tinted.  swim buoy, towel, wetsuit optional.  2 BRIGHT CAPS.

2 kayaks to escort you, and Lois will point out the course.
