Event Description
USA Triathlon is proud to launch the Legacy Splash and Dash in conjunction with the Legacy Triathlon. A Splash and Dash is a fun and fast-growing sport that combines swimming and running. This event is open to athletes ages 7-15 with the swim taking place at the famed Belmont Plaza Pool in Long Beach, California and the run taking place on a paved path along Shoreline Way. The focus is on participation rather than competition, and will not be timed.

- Distances: Ages 7-10: 100m swim, 1k run; Ages 11-15: 200m swim, 2k run
