Event Description

Join Grand Marshall and cycling enthusiast, Andrew Erickson (US Consul General serving Tijuana) and other dignitaries on a route that begins and ends at the beautiful and new "San Diego Outlets at the Border" in San Ysidro and offers a scenic passage through Otay Lakes and the Eastlake area. This festive ride is in partnership with the "Rual Alcala Challenge" and the champion celebrity cyclist will be participating with us every mile of the way! The ride includes a fiesta and salsa tasting, beer garden and entertainment. Participants receive award finisher medals, t-shirt, SAG vehicle support, and a goody bag. Funds raised will purchase Ophthalmology Surgical Equipment for the Hospital Infantil de las Californias. No child is turned away for inability to pay for medical care.
