Event Description

2019 will mark the 31st Anniversary of the Charlotte South Park Turkey Trot, one of Charlotte's longest-running events, and one of the largest events in North Carolina.  The race has become an annual Thanksgiving Day tradition for over 10,000+ participants, representing families and friends across generations.  It’s a happy and healthy way to start off one of the best days of the year!

 Thanks to the ongoing support of our participants and sponsors, we’ve got something for everyone to join in on! And, as always, our commitment to maintaining a first-class event all-around is our highest priority.

a. Packet Pick-up/Registration    

b. location:  Southpark Mall in front of Dillards Parking Deck off of Morrison Blvd in Big White Tent

 

b.  Thursday, Nov 28 - 6:30am – Packet Pick-up/ No Raceday Registration in the Southpark Mall Parking Lot in front of Dillards Parking Deck off of Morrison.

a. 8:00 am- 1 Mile Fun Run

b. 8:30am- 8k Run

c. 9:30 am-5K Run/Walk

d. 10:30 am – Tot Trot

e. 10:45 am – Awards Ceremony

New this year "TUFF TURKEY CHALLENGE"  Run the 8k at 8:30 am and then Run the 5k at 9:30 am!!!  (You much be able to complete the 8k in under and hour to qualify.)

ALL FINISHERS WILL RECEIVE A CUSTOM MEDAL!!!!
