2017 Race Features 

The Chanoko 31K and the NEW 5 Mile Trail Runs are back on March 11 at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake. The Chanoko 31K is offering a point-to-point trail run from Auburn Overlook to Granite Beach, Folsom Lake. This event will feature a custom Chanoko tech t-shirt, hot food, plus awards three deep in each division and raffle prizes - along with Chanoko Trail Run Finisher Medals for all both races.

Included for each competitor in the Chanoko 31k & 5 Mile Trail Runs is a custom Chanoko tech-tee race shirt and athlete goody bag with CLIF Bar and Emerald Nuts product samples. Finishers will recieve a custom Chanoko Finisher's Medal.

Bus transport to the start in Auburn for athletes is FULL. 

There will be six aid stations on the 31K course stocked with cold water, FLUID electrolyte beverage, CLIF Shot energy gels and Clif Bars, sweet and salty snacks along Vasoline and first aid.

TBF Trail Run 4-Race Special: Gumby 10K, Escape from Folsom 10 Miler & Lost Trail Half Marathon and Chanoko 31K: $150 until December 1st. 

TBF Trail Run 4-5K Special: All four 5Ks (1/30, 2/13, 2/27 & 3/12) for $100 until December 1st.

Packet pick-up will be available at the race site on race morning from 6:30 am to 8 am.

First place Overall Male and Female in the Chanoko 31K will receive Overall Champion Awards. There will be awards three deep in each ten-year age group for the Chanoko 31K. Awards will be given to First overall male and female, plus three deep in each ten-year age group for the 5 Mile Trail Run.
