Event Description

This is the third of three races in the series. Sign up for one or all three races and watch your fitness and time improve!

Race or walk an out and back, flat and fast course, with views of the Puget Sound, Olympic Mountains, and Seattle skyline, along the entire course. Finish and enjoy your time at the local scene of Alki Beach.

In the 5K and 10K Medals go to Top-3 Overall, and Top-3 in each male and female age group  in 10 year increments. All kids 12 and under win a finisher's medal.

In the 2.5K, all kids 12 and under win a finisher's medal.

In the 15K, Top 3 Overall win a medal.

Chip timed.

Dave's organic bread, peanut butter and jelly,  fruit, chocolate milk, coconut water, post-race.

Everyone who pre-registers for the 3-Race Series will be eligible for the Most Improved Award. Awards will be given based on total time improved to one individual in the 5K and one individual in the 10K! Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate to their favorite running store, entry into the next 3-Race Series that begins in January, and a SRS technical shirt.

Bring non-perishable food items and we'll donate to the West Seattle Food Bank. You will be entered into a raffle to win a $10 gift card to Starbucks Coffee. One ticket will be given per item of food.

9:00 AM 15K Begins (Must complete by 10:45)

9:20 AM Line up at the starting line for course description

9:30 AM 10K begins

9:35 AM 2.5K and 5K begin
