Event Description

Join us at the 2019 Let Us Be Your Lungs 5k!

We're continuing our fall tradition with a 3.1 mile run/walk starting and ending in front of McKeon Stage!  This event is in support of the Pulmonary Hypertension Community and in unity with Team PHenomenal Hope to bring awareness  of Pulmonary Hypertension and to raise essential funds for research of new and improved medications and Ultimately a CURE for PH!  All event proceeds will be donated to Team PHenomenal Hope,  PHenomenal Impact Fund for Global PH Research. 

The 5k race will be chip-timed, and is a USATF certified 5k course.  The course parallels the Missouri River and is the perfect opportunity  to take in the fall foliage while supporting such a worthwhile cause!  Be sure to invite friends and create a team of 4+, as each team member will save $2.  Fun, food, friends, and supporting a worthy cause, doesn't get much better! 

Race day packet pick-up will be held at the park beginning at 8:30 am. 

Bring your lawn chairs to place along the route to cheer on your team during the race or you can sit and visit with family, friends, and fellow PH patients and caregivers at McKeon Stage!
