TIME:
5K Run/Walk begins at 8:30 a.m.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The 3.1 mile course is certified by USA Track & Field (certification #WI16012DM). The flat, fast course route is along city streets and starts and finishes at Foolocker.com/Eastbay. Click here to view the course map.
REGISTRATION FEES:
On or Before October 31: $25
November 1-22: $30
After November 22: $35
Children ages 5 and younger run/walk for free.
100% of your registration fee will be donated to the Marathon County Hunger Coalition, an initiative of United Way. Money raised from this event will help feed those in need during the holiday season and throughout the year.
REGISTRATION:
Online registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, November 25, 2019.
Participation is limited to the first 2,000 registrants.
Registration will be available on Wednesday during packet pick-up if this cap has not yet been reached.
Registration will not be available on the day of the race.
PACKET PICK-UP:
Race packets can be picked up at the Footlocker.com/Eastbay Corporate Office. Please use the Corporate Office entrance.

T-SHIRTS:
The first 1,750 participants will be guaranteed an Eastbay Turkey Trot T-shirt. Sizes based on availability.
AGE DIVISIONS:
Awards will be given to the top three males and females in each of the following age categories:
10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69. 70+.
Chip timing will be provided by Performance Timing. Race results will be available at performancetiming.com.

PARKING:
Parking will be available in the Footlocker.com/Eastbay parking lots as well as on the surrounding neighborhood streets.

WATER STATION & REFRESHMENTS:
Water will be available at the halfway point. Post-race refreshments will also be provided.
VOLUNTEERS
Each year over 125 volunteers help make the Eastbay Turkey Trot a huge success. Volunteers are needed to help with very tasks including registration, refreshment set-up, course marshals and clean-up. Click here to sign up through United Way's Volunteer Connection.

Q: If I decide not to race after registering, can I get a refund?
A: There are no refunds. 100% of your registration fee will be donated to the Marathon County Hunger Coalition, an initiative of United Way. Money raised from this event will help feed those in need during the holiday season and throughout the year.
Q: Can I bring food to donate?
A: Yes. Non-perishable food donations are encouraged and will be donated to the Marathon County Hunger Coalition.
