Event Description

Here at St. Paul the Apostle we strive for excellence in all things. The Cougar Dash 5K and Festival helps promote excellence in Health, Social and Christian responsibility. We believe it is important to educate children about giving back and helping others and one of the ways we do this is by helping other children in the local community!  The community 5k is a timed run with awards for the top male & female and top runner in each age division. There is a community festival during and after the 5k with lots of family friendly activities, games, food and drinks! 5K runners also have the opportunity to collect donations and win a prize for raising the most money! Race registration includes chip timing, t-shirt and 10 tickets for drinks/food/activities at the festival. Proceeds from the entire event support the following: St. Paul the Apostle Home & School Organization, Ele’s Place - A healing center for grieving children & teens, and St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School & Parish
